Terms of use and refund policy

The term “we” or “us” have been used below so as to mean the owner or admin of website “iPrism Academy “and the term “you” used to mean the person availing the services of training offered by us and has paid or is willing to pay for the same. These terms shall govern the rights and liabilities and by agreeing any user shall be deemed to have consented to same.

We offer to provide training for courses specified therein on requisition basis.

Details of fees that shall be charged for offering training provided on our website and same can be confirmed by communicating with us via email or phone.

The fee is again subject to revision and it may vary owing to various circumstances beyond our control.

The fees provided shall not include any charges towards third party for registration etc.

A person intending avail training for specified courses should pay the fees initially.

Training shall be provided either online mode.

Required fees can be paid through online mode, account transfer, credit card or any other mode agreed by us.

Material for the course selected maybe provided in the form available with us which can either be videos, PDF or any other format depending upon availability.

Providing material shall not be part of fee collected for training.

We reserve the right to all copyright in material provided and any copying or distribution of the same shall entitle us to legal recourse apart from damages.

Intimation about the event or session of training will be provided to you by us.

The said event or session of training can be cancelled by either side before it begins.

In case if the same is called off by us 100% refund shall be given within the time specified.

If the training is cancelled by you no refund whatsoever shall be given in any case.

Generally once the training is commenced it shall not be open for you to cancel or make in alteration in session of training. However we may be entertain such requests if sufficient cause is shown and the delay is not unreasonably long.

However owing to dissatisfaction of you towards training a request can be submitted to us for cancellation of event or session of training.

In any case such request for cancellation shall not be entertained after one day of training.

Refund shall be provided if any request is submitted for cancellation within one day of training subject to our approval.

Such refund shall be made after deducting various expenses incurred and due process which shall not be less than 20 working days.

Refund can be made either by payment gateway or wire transfer or any other mode.
